WASHINGTON – Thousands of utility crew workers began restoring power lines in the District, Maryland and Virginia Tuesday morning.
There were widespread reports of fallen trees on top of houses and cars and one in Pasadena, Md, from a tree falling on a man’s house.
More than 310,000 in the D.C. area as of 11 a.m. Tuesday.
