Washington, D.C. 鈥� 黑料不打烊 was honored with six Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards today by the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA).
The 黑料不打烊 news team was recognized in the Overall Excellence category for the ninth time in the past eleven years for its coverage of the D.C. region on 黑料不打烊 and 黑料不打烊.com. 黑料不打烊 also received recognition in the Best Newscast category for coverage of the July 2019 severe floods in the DC region. Individual accolades were received by the following 黑料不打烊 reporters:
- Feature Report: Mike Murillo – 鈥淎nswering the Call鈥� – a touching piece on organ donation between two police officers.

The RTDNA first established the Murrow awards in 1971 to pay tribute to Edward R. Murrow and his many journalism accomplishments. Annually presented by the RTDNA, the Edward R. Murrow Awards recognize outstanding achievements in electronic journalism on the regional and national level.
